วิธี Enable 2-Step Authentication ( smarter mail )

***ก่อนที่จะดำเนินการนี้ ผ้ใช้ต้อง download application 2-Step Authentication ลงมาใน มือถือที่ใช้งานก่อนครับ *** หน้าตาตัว application ที่จะใช้งาน 2-Step Authentication

 

1. login เข้า Smarter mail ด้วย admin@ชื่อโดเมนที่ใช้งาน.com
   
   
   
   
2. กดเข้ามายัง Domain setting และ เลือกเป็น General ครับ
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. กดที่ 2-Step Authentication เลือก Status เป็น Enable ครับ และกด Save ทาง ซ้ายเพื่อบันทึก
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. จากนั้นให้ทำการ log out ออก และ log in เข้าใหม่สำหรับ User ที่ต้องการใช้งาน 2-Step Authentication ครับ
   
   
5. ให้กดเข้าไปยัง Setting และกดที่ Accounts
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. หาคำว่า  2-Step Authentication แล้วกดที่ Enable ครับ
   
   
7. ให้ใส่ E-mail gmail ที่ใช้งานและกด Next
   
   
   
   
8. ใช่ application Google Authentication ทำการ scan QR code ครับ ระบบ Google Authentication จะมีส่ง verification code ให้ หลังจากได้ code ให้ทำการใส่ code ลงไปแล้วกด Check ได้เลย ครับ
   
   
   
   
9. หลังจากนั้น ในการ login เข้า E-mail ตัวระบบ จะให้ใส่ Verification code ทุก ครั้ง ในการ login ให้ท่านเปิด application Google Authentication ไว้ระบบจะส่ง code ไปยัง application และ นำ code นั้นมาใส่ในการ login ครับ
